Room lacked USB outlets, which feels a bit outdated for international travelers. Air conditioning didn’t work properly, and I had trouble with the television remote. The shower had some drain issues, leading to leaks on the bathroom floor, and I noticed a few drain flies. Shuttle service was not as straightforward as expected, requiring longer wait times than advertised.

During my stay, the friendly staff went above and beyond, making local dining recommendations that turned into memorable meals. The hotel's proximity to seafood restaurants added to the experience!

However, there was no elevator, which may be an issue for those with heavy luggage. Also, the breakfast options felt somewhat limited as compared to expectations.

Had a solid stay at Academy in Fiumicino. Room size perfect for unwinding, super clean vibes, and the 24-hour check-in helped us a lot. However, breakfast felt a bit limited for my family. Still, great spot for that pre-flight break!

I had a delightful stay at Academy Hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable, allowing for a peaceful night’s rest. The friendly and attentive staff, especially Diabate, provided excellent service and ensured my airport shuttle was punctual.

I loved that it was within walking distance to fantastic restaurants and even the beach. The shuttle service to the airport was efficient and reasonably priced. However, I noticed that the air conditioning could be quite loud at times, which was distracting. Additionally, the breakfast options were somewhat limited, not offering much variety. Still, the overall ambiance and value made up for these minor quirks.

We stayed for just a night after a race event, and honestly, the staff were so helpful! They printed our paperwork without a hitch. The room was clean and had comfy beds. Plus, there’s a nice snack bar that hits the spot! Just watch out for the narrow dropped kerb outside. it’s kinda tricky.
